1. Silat

Silat gives us a whole range of training and a good chance of self-development for everybody. Silat also gives us movements that are good for our body/ health. The fundamentals of Silat PGB Bangau Putih are Memelihara Kepribadian (Maintaining Integrity), Patuh pada Kejujuran (Stay Truthful and honest), Menjaga Sopan Santun (Maintain harmony with nature and honor the science), Mempertinggi Prestasi (Heighten one's etiquette), and Kemampuan untuk Menguasai Diri (The ability to have self-control). Silat in PGB Bangau Putih has harmonious movements, these movements are the characteristic of the Silat itself. The forms of PGB Bangau Putih movements are both gentle and firm while also displaying hard strikes. The mastering of silat movements is not merely for fighting or defending ourselves, but also very useful in daily life (such as mastering our emotions and self-control).

2. Tao Kung

Tao Kung is movement for internal harmony. Tao Kung was developed from Silat PGB Bangau Putih movements and it is the art of movement for internal health The movement of Tao Kung is processing the power and precipitating the atmosphere which works simultaneously on the respiratory system for balancing the work of the brain and meridians. Tao Kung has several sets and each has 9 movements and 3 breathing techniques which have preventive nature for maintaining good health. Lots of health issues can be resolved through intensive training and a positive attitude.

3. Sam Po Kun

Sam Po Kun is a system of training for the mind, the body and the spirit. These three elements are fundamental to human beings and a balance needs to be achieved between them. Only by uniting these three things can we implement Sam Po Kun techniques properly and live in a harmonious manner.

There has to be a simultaneous activation of mind, body and spirit to be able to train the system optimally. It’s done through exercises that awaken the awareness of all that’s involved in your body and all it contains, from the nervous system, tendons, muscles, organs, on up to the mind and spirit.

The integration of the three, denotes a balance within ourselves. It also establishes harmony between ourselves and nature, the environment in which we live. We can conduct our lives with equanimity- both within the micro, such as family and friends, and the macro, workplace and the broader community.

At present, we have opened a training MBS in Bentara Budaya Jakarta, Yogyakarta and Bali.
